12 Months Warranty

All items purchased from Tank Gas Depot come with a 12-month warranty from the delivery date.

If a customer is entitled to a replacement, Tank Gas Depot will provide an identical product whenever available. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer a comparable product of equal or similar value.

Because our inventory includes limited-edition hobby boxes, collectibles, and products that may become out of print, we cannot guarantee that an identical replacement will always be available. In these situations, customers may be offered a suitable alternative or a refund, subject to applicable consumer laws. Any applicable rights will also apply to the replacement product.

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of every product sold by Tank Gas Depot. All sealed hobby boxes are sold in new, factory-sealed condition, while individual cards are provided in the condition described on their product pages.

We do not sell repacks or searched boxes. If a factory seal is broken when your order arrives, or if a product is materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible claims will receive a replacement, comparable alternative, or refund.
